About Us
Esquire Escape Test Prep was started by Alexander Niyazov and Ethan Khaldarov. While studying for the Bar exam, Alex and Ethan realized the value of an in-person structured learning environment. Alex and Ethan created Esquire Escape Test Prep to share their knowledge with other students.
Esquire Escape Test Prep is unique from other current test prep companies in that we prioritize and emphasize the benefit of in-person, classroom learning, over the more commonly used test prep providers which mostly focus on remote, self-guided learning. At Esquire Escape Test Prep, we also believe that providing one-on-one feedback and devoting personalized attention and individualized approaches to each of our candidates is what makes us stand out from other test preparation companies.
Candidates will also have the ability to network with professionals in their field as part of their course package. We also believe in convenience for our candidates, since we know how intense and rigorous the material can get, which is why we provide refreshments and food daily for our candidates enrolled in their respective courses ensuring the utmost convenience for you, while you take your exam.
Meet the Founders
Dr. Alex Niyazov
Dr. Niyazov is the founder of Esquire Escape Test Prep.
Dr. Niyazov is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 15 years of experience working in the healthcare sector. Currently, Dr. Niyazov is the Senior Director, Global Value and Evidence, Pipeline Oncology at a leading pharmaceutical company. In this role, he oversees a team of outcomes researchers who generate evidence to demonstrate the value proposition of early-stage oncology assets.
Dr. Niyazov obtained his PharmD degree from Long Island University, Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, his Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health, and his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.
Dr. Niyazov has held faculty appointments at several universities where he taught courses such as Intellectual Property, Compliance and Regulation, Clinical Trial and Research Management, Delivery of Healthcare in the US, International Health Technology Assessment, Subjective Outcomes in Health Evaluation, Outcomes and Economic Analysis, Cultural Competency, Health Policy and Management, and Advanced Pharmacology.
Dr. Niyazov has published extensively in the field of real-world evidence, economic modeling, patient reported outcomes, and the impact of health disparities on access to healthcare.
Ethan Khaldarov
Ethan Khaldarov is a co-founder of Esquire Escape Test Prep.
Ethan received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in legal studies in two years. After completing his undergraduate degree, Ethan completed his Juris Doctor
degree.
Ethan has a wide variety of legal experience that was gained from work in law firms that dealt with white collar crime, healthcare fraud, medical malpractice defense, and personal injury. Ethan was born and raised in Queens, NY.

Are all courses offered in person, or do you have online options?
All our courses are taught in person at our testing center. We believe in the benefits of structured, live classroom learning and personalized instructor feedback, which sets us apart from other test prep companies that primarily offer remote learning.
What materials are included in the course?
Each course includes live lectures, practice questions, and individualized office hours with instructors. For certain courses, we also provide essay grading and feedback. Additionally, we offer daily light refreshments to ensure a comfortable learning environment.
